At the center of The Book of You is your personal Astro-Physique Blueprint™ — a methodology developed by bringing together Western astrology, Ayurvedic principles, and the Elements of Design, including color, movement, and proportion.

What You Receive
You receive your beautiful, tangible Book of You—a keepsake made entirely for you, exploring your Soul Color of Light, ruling planetary archetypes, elemental balance, physique, natural coloring, movement, proportion, and the other qualities that make up your individual expression. Where helpful, I may also draw on numerology, Human Design, Chinese astrology, Tarot, and other symbolic modalities as additional layers of insight.
